Appraisal, destruction and scheduling
Action: A number of collections originally catalogued here have since been transferred to other collections: the Llanfwrog Baptist Records (vol. 4, p. 2) are now NLW Minor Deposit 295-302B; the W. Southern Clark Diaries (vol. 4, pp. 3-4) are now NLW MSS 7454-7457, 7461-7462; the Alltyrodyn Deeds (vol. 4, pp. 15-23) are now the Swineshead Lincolnshire Deeds; the Merthyr Mawr Documents (vol. 4, pp. 37-40) were transferred to Cardiff in Sept. 1965; the Mrs Birch (Coed Bedw) Papers (vol. 5, pp. 1-2) are now NLW Minor Deposit 304B; the Morgan & Richardson Deeds (v. 5, pp. 14-17) have been renumbered and incorporated into Morgan Richardson; Goronwy Jones Deeds and Documents now form part of the Rees Jenkin Jones Family Papers; and the Salusbury Pedigrees are now NLW Rolls 111-117..
