In the course of their work, Williams & Williams accumulated legal and other papers relating to their clients interests, including the estates of Ambleston, Begelly, Brawdy, Camrose, Court House, Cwmgloyne, Hean Castle, Hodgeston, Hook, Manorbier, Manorowen, Orielton, Pigeonsford, Somerton, Treffgarne, Ty Gwynne, Walwyns Castle, Welsh Hook, Wilsons, Wolfsdale and Yelverton. There are also documents relating to the Fishguard Harbour Improvement Company, several railway companies and a large number of probate records and marriage settlements. There are also groups of deeds and documents relating mainly to properties in Carmarthenshire, Glamorganshire and Pembrokeshire. There are also documents relating to church properties, nonconformist chapels, poor rate papers, articles of apprenticeship and articles of partnership.

Estate, personal, professional and shipping records of the Havard family of Newport and Milford, both in Pembrokeshire, including the business papers, 1839-1858, of Levi Havard of Milford, shipbuilder, and the professional papers, 1867-1893, of Dr David Havard of Newport, District Medical Officer for the Cardigan Poor Law Union. Amongst the shipping records there are papers, 1833-1879, relating to the Newport schooners 'Harmony','Claudia' and 'Adroit', and the Milford brig 'Anne'.

Records acquired by the Haswell Brothers relating mainly to its clients, 1891-1956, including the North Wales Employers' Mutual Indemnity Company, 1898-1952 (the records include a notice of accidents relating to the Gresford mining disaster); United Westminster and Wrexham Collieries Ltd., 1905-1950, and the Ruabon Coal and Coke Company, 1891-1939; the Minera Silica Quarries Ltd., 1926-1940; Messrs. Charles R. This collection includes a translation from the French of a work on Brazilian Indians; Danish-English vocabularies; correspondence, 1867-1917; a translation from the Latin by Edwin J. Hartland; a copy of George Laurence Gomme: The Handbook of Folklore; lists and notes relating to anthropology, folklore, etc.

Papers and memorabilia documenting the career of Sir Harry Secombe CBE, the entertainer, comedian, singer, star of film, radio, television and theatre, also a writer and broadcaster. This collection was compiled by Harry himself, together with his wife Myra and their children. The papers include scripts from stage, radio and television shows such as "The Goon Show", "Pickwick" (1963 and 1993), Oliver! (1968), "Harry Secombe Show", "Secombe and Friends", "Sunday Night at the London Palladium", etc.. Book manuscripts including "Twice Brightly" (1974), "Goon Abroad" (1982), "Arias and Raspberries" (1989), and "Strawberries and Cheam" (1998). Many anecdotes and speech notes; magazine articles in draft and published; programmes and posters (many signed); letters, personalia, honours, awards ephemera, charity work, funeral and memorial service. Harry was a keen photographer, and artist, well known for his humorous cartoons and caricatures which feature throughout the collection.
The large collection of personal and publicity photographs, including "Pickwick" productions, "Oliver!", together with stars of theatre, television, friends, and Royalty have been transferred to NLW photographic collections.
Three paintings and large posters have been transferred to NLW framed works.
