I will have the papers regarding the management of revenue of all the districts of Bengal ready in two to three days and papers relating to Kharif [autumn harvest] have just been delivered to me by your employees. I will present them after I have dealt with the earlier papers. Before your employees had reached Azimabad I had received orders to dismiss the soldiers. I have written to the administration in Bihar, etc., for the dismissal of soldiers. The revenue collected from the autumn harvest was deposited in the treasury of Kothi there and the wages of soldiers, which according to our documents were due to them, were paid to them. All necessary papers have been recalled here. God willing, I will receive these papers here in four to five days and after examining them will submit a report to you
