Deeds relating to a mortgage for £5,000 of the manor and advowson of Oxcombe, Lincolnshire, by John Fane of Wormsley in Oxfordshire, Francis Fane of Somerset, and Bennet Langton of Langton in Lincolnshire, esqs, to Thomas, duke of Leeds, and Charles Gould of Ealing, Middlesex, esq. The 1778 release and the 1786 covenant both include a schedule of deeds, 1681-1772, and and the release is endorsed with a further mortgage of £3,000 (5%), 1779.
