I reached here on Saturday 17 Safar, reg. yr. 7 and found that there were no papers and registers concerning the end of the year accounts ready. I had to spend some time to prepare them and it is only on Monday that I could start attending to my official duties. I have started sitting in the court from Wednesday onwards to review the accounts due at the end of the year. As this is the last month of the year I am asking all government officials / amils who are present here to settle their accounts as soon as possible, whosoever settles his accounts is asked to attend to the accounts of the year 1174 Fasli.
