They include the marriage settlement of Thomas Vaughan of Broniarth and Elizabeth Pryce, 1747, followed by a complex succession of mortgages and trust settlements, and abstracts of title of Samuel Bickerton, 1726-1825, 1747-1818, and Thomas Bickerton, 1761-1805.
