Pre-nuptial Settlement of 2 and Mary Lloid, one of the dau's of 1, being a Feoffment by 1 to 3 of his m's, cottages, mills, etc., in Denynlley [p. Ruabon], Ruabon and Erbistocke, cos Denb. and Flint, and of two parcels of land severed by a lane, being part of Y Ddol Issa in Dudliston, [p. Ellesmere], Shropshire, lately allotted to be occupied with two water corn mills of 1 in Denynlley and Erbistocke, together with the lane itself. Proviso that if 2 does not pay £400 to 1 on 1 May 1620 the uses limited in the premises (other than the two mills, a m. in the occupation of Thomas ap Robert, miller, in Denynlley, a m. in Erbistocke where Robert Griffith lives, a parcel of land called Erow Tuder lately divided into two parts, in Denynlley and in the tenure of Thomas ap Robert, and the two parcels of land severed by a lane in Dudliston, together with the lane itself) shall determine and be void. 2 grants to 3 the tithes of corn, grain and hay in t.
