Appraisal, destruction and scheduling
Action: The majority of the papers in the series have been retained apart from a small number of duplicate copies of a BBC memorandum, photocopies of some lecture notes and a duplicate of the article 'Meeting the Challenge through Longwall Retreating', all of which have been destroyed. Authority for the destruction of these items is given in Appraisal Form MRR/2005-06/3ii..
