Release, in consideration of one thousand three hundred pounds to the said Thomas Clarke the younger, one thousand two hundred pounds to the said George Clarke the younger, one thousand two hundred pounds to the said James Bond and Mary, his wife, two thousand pounds to the said John Heath and Anne, his wife, and two thousand pounds to the said Bostock Toller and Rebecca, his wife, of all claims and actions to legacies under the estates of the said Thomas Clarke the elder and William Clarke, with covenant to make pro rata payments in discharge of any subsequent debts of the said William Clarke exceeding three hundred pounds.
