- Rebecca Price of p. Lanfoyst, co. Mon., widow and relict of Christopher Price, esq., dec., Christopher Price of Lanfoyst, esq., son and heir-apparent of the said Christopher Price, and William Vertue of the town of Newport, co. Mon., doctor of physick, the trustees of the said Christopher Price, dec. 2. Cradock Jones of Trevethin, gent. Release, in consideration of the yearly sum of twenty pounds, of all the m's, lands, etc. called Lanroyva Farm in the possession of Enock Harry in Trevethin aforesaid. The said Cradock Jones had conveyed the said properties to the said Christopher Price by his indenture dated 1692, Sept. 30 for a term of twelve years. The release is subject to the proviso that the said sum of twenty pounds be paid to the trustees each year during the remainder of the said term of years still unexpired.
