Account book

Account book, 1903-1910, of Owen Owen, recording receipts and disbursements, and including details of rents received from properties in London, Liverpool and Wales (pp. 1-98).
The Welsh properties (pp. 85-98) include the Garthgwynion estate, Montgomeryshire, 1907-1910 (pp. 85-88), the Tan-y-Foel estate, Penmaenmawr, Caernarvonshire, 1903-1910 (pp. 91-97), and Plas Mariandir, Penmaenmawr, 1905-1910 (p. 96). A number of other accounts also relate to these properties (pp. 112, 127-129, 151, 153-155, 191-192, 273-279, 297-298, 300). An index is included at the beginning of the volume (ff. i-xiii).

Caernarvonshire acquittances

An entry book of certified copies of acquittances of rents, received between 1656 and 1658, of the lands which heretofore belonged to John Bodvell, and decreed for the alimony and the arrears thereupon due to Ann his wife by virtue of a commission of sequestration issued out of Chancery.

Minute-book, 1796-1909, of the trustees of the charity created by the will of Ellen Glynne of Elernion, parish of Llanaelhaearn, co. Caernarfon, spinster, respecting the almshouse at Llandwrog and property in the parishes of Llandwrog and Llanllyfni, co. Caernarfon, and in the parish of Llangoed, co. Anglesey. The minutes include details of admittances to the almshouse and details of tenants, rents and repair of trust property. Also included in the volume are copies of the will, 1727, with codicils, 1728 and 1732/3, of Ellen Glynne, proved at London, 1733 (tipped in between ff. i and ii; ff. 1-6v).
