Scope and content
Eroded & stratified limestone exhibiting features associated with different types of erosion, in particular aeolian erosion. The rock formations seen here are reminiscent of those on the left hand side of both 'Road across the Desert' (NMW A 17589) & Lle Cul (NLW PG04823).

Note
In 'A Wider Sky' (Gomer 1991) KW recounts the story of obtaining Kodak films on pages 129 & 132. However this is a slide on Ferrania film. Presumably having exhausted his supply of Kodak film Kyffin was obliged to purchase further film in Argentina. However a note of caution must be sounded in that KW has used a certain number of Ferrania mounts for re-housing transparencies removed from their original mounts.
