A transcript in the hand of Roger Morris (fl. 1590), Coed y Talwrn, Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd of the herbal generally attributed to William Salesbury (1520?-1600?), joint-translator of the New Testament and of the Book of Common Prayer into Welsh, 1567. This volume provides an earlier transcript than the 18th century copy in the hand of Evan Thomas (d. 1781), Cwmchwylfod, near Bala, which belonged later to John Peter (Ioan Pedr) (1833-1877) and which was edited by E. Stanton Roberts and published under the title of Llysieulyfr Meddyginiaethol a briodolir i William Salesbury ... (Liverpool, 1916).

Child of Begelly House, including abstracts in respect of parts worked in partnership between him and Jeremiah Mathias & Co., Thomas Allen & Co., James Waters & Co., and William Eynon, and of shipment and other disbursements by Thomas Eynon, 1818-1819.

A manuscript entitled Positions proved by Rowland Owen gentleman of ... Anglesey ... that the papistes have most inhumanely iniured your most sacred Maiestie from your infancie; that they have wronged me by whom they understood ... that your wronges should be reavealed ... The manuscript is unfinished and was prepared by the author for presentation to King James I, with the royal arms stamped on the front and back of the cover.

A commonplace book kept, 1837-1857, by Rowland Williams, one of the contributors to Essays and Reviews, 1860, the book containing extracts from theological works, notes of sermons heard at Cambridge and elsewhere, etc.

The original manuscript of the poem on Owain Glyndŵr (1354?-1416?) which won for Rowland Williams (Hwfa Môn) (1823-1905) the gold medal at the Carmarthen National Eisteddfod, 1867.
