Settlement, in consideration of an intended marriage between Francis Edwardes and Martha Williams and £300 marriage portion, and for providing a jointure of £200 per annum by way of rent charge, of the messuage and lands called Hilton in the parish of Roch, co. Pembroke, two thirds of tithes of said parish, and messuages and lands called Upper and Lower Treystaw and Tremeredith, otherwise Elder Town in Llanrythan, to be held by trustees for 200 years for better securing the payment of the said annuity of £200.
