Settlement, in consideration of the proposed marriage of Edward Morgan and Catherine Williams and of £1700 marriage portion of the said Catherine, of the messuage and lands called Cwmgoody in parishes of St. David's, and an Cantreff, the messuage andlands called Cwmgoody Ycha in the said parishes, the messuages and lands called Abergoody in parish of St. David's, the messuage with two gardens in St. David's in the possession of Thomas Prichard, tailor, the messuage and two other gardens and a plot of ground belonging called funnon y Cappell in St. David's, the messuage and lands called Cwmlloch and Gwern y Cair in Llanspythit, the messuage and lands called Tyr Morgan Watkin in parishes of Cantreff and Ystradveltey, the messuages and lands called Pontystickill, Llwyn y brain, Tyr John ap John David and Llwyn y Pinckeland, Pen erw Glais, Tilley Drainog and the water corn grist mill called Velin y Glais, all in Veynor, the messuage and lands called Trebannog, the water corn grist mill called Velin Trebannog in Penderin, two other messuages within the walls of the town of Brecon in Ship Street ward, another messuage in the said town in two several wards called Ship Street and High Street Superior, a messuage in Morgannog Ward, and a third part of a messuage, formerly part of the freehold estate of Lancelot Herbert, gent., in the town of Brecon; to uses specified in the deed.
