Settlement, in consideration of the proposed marriage of John Williams and Sarah Williams and £1000 marriage portion, of the messuages and lands called Abercamlais, containing several closes called Kae'r Skybor, y Wayn vach Kae'r Llwyne, Craig y velin, kae mawr, Yr Allt, Keerallt, Erw Jack y Gwaidd and Kae ych Law yr Allt; the messuages and lands called Tyr Howell John Skull and Tyr Mair, part of the, demesne lands of Abercamlais containing several closes called Kaer y gwelt, y Wain dan Yr allt, Kae'r stickill, Kaer allt, Cwm Kae'r ffynnon, y Wayn Rhwng y Ddou duy, Kae tyr mawr, Kaer Bettin Wayn, tyr mawr, Erw Pwll duy, MAes hyr, Kaer Dairen, Kae bach, and gwain yr hen erw, the water corn grist mill called Abercamlais mill, and messuages and lands called Tyr y Koed herion (?), Tyr Evan David and tyr Kyll Kad lwys, all in Llanspithit; the messuage and lands called Tyr y Gorst, alias Tyr y Wys, Tyr y Fedlwyn, the parcel of land called Pant y Sais, the four parcels of land calledd yr Ynissoed, all in Devynock; also several closes called Tyr Glan Wysk, Tyr Kaer Wayn, Tyr bach dan yr Eglwys, Tyr y Crofts, Swyrne, tyr torre y ffunnon, Tyre bryn, John erw, fforch y Rhyd, and Close y ddymen, y wayn vach and Kae ych law'r heol, all in Trallong, but subject to the payment of an annity of £80 to Sarah Williams. Thomas Williams agrees that, on receipt of the first instalment of £500 of the £1000 marriage portion, he would lease to Penry William, the younger, and Thomas Penry during the lives of Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Williams, John Williams and Sarah Williams the prebend of Trallong, on trust so that the profits should go to those having life interests.
