Gloucester; the third part of the tithes of parish of Devynnock, the public house, shop, garden and fields in the village of Devynnock, the eight several messuages in the possession of Morgan Bevan, the widow of William Moses, David Bevan, Thomas Jenkin, William Lewis, yeoman, Isabell Havard, spinster and William Lewis, glover, the fulling mill, late in the possession of William Prees, the tan house late in the possession of William Waters, the piece of meadow ground in the possession of John Downes, all of which are in the parish or village of Devynnock; the messuage and lands called Dan y graig, the messuage and lands called Penywg, the messuage and lands in the possession of William Lewis, the messuage and lands called Pentwyn, the messuage and lands in the occupation of Rees Thomas, the messuage and lands in the occupation of John Thomas, the messuage and lands called Blaen Cleen, the messuage and cot in the possession of Henry Williams, the messuage and lands in the occupation of David Thomas and Walter Williams, gents., all in Glyn Parcel in Devynnock; the messuage and lands called Tyr y Garn galed and Tyr y Pant Gwyn, messuages and lands called Brest y Gelly and Tyr Kefen y Gare, the messuage and lands called Tyr Gwern Rosser, the messuage or cot with a field belonging called Tyr bach ar yr heol, all in Llanspithit; the two messuages and gardens in the possession of Anthony Johnson, innkeeper, and Andrew Maund, carpenter, in the town of Brecon; the messuage and lands called Pentwyn in the occupation of Howell Proser and Morgan Morgan in Llandevailog; also messuages and lands called Tyr Howell John Powell and Dole y Milwr, the messuage and lands called Pentwvn in the occupation of Rees Prosser, two messuages and lands called Pantykill and Tyr Penylan, the messuages and lands called Velindre, all in the parish of Crickadarn; messuages and lands called the Rock, Harcot Llwydd, two pieces in the tenure of John Thomas, the dwelling house and field in the possession of Thomas Lewis, mason, all in Glyn parcel in Devynnock; the two several messuages and lands called Tyr Llwyn Kelin and Pen Klene in Llanspithit, the messuage and lands called the Wern in Llandilo'r vane. The said Anne and Anna Williams for their part settle the manor or manors of Aberoney with all manorial rights belonging in the parishes of Llangattock juxta Crickhowell, Crickhowell, Llanbeder, and Patrishoe in co. Brecon; the mansion house called Llangattock lower court with lands belonging called Gwrlodd Vallen, Gwrlodd y Pwll and a small spot adjoining called the hopyard, Brin y Bishwell, Cae pen y twyn, Cae Davatee, Croft yr hany, Gwlodd fach , Tyr y Kernidd Cae Glase, Croft y deyntir, Graig vach, Cae'r Vald, Pant y Golen, Cae'r Grose, Doy Cayee, Y Ceven y Cwm, Gwern dwch issa and four other parcels of land called Kaie dan y fowddog, with a barn called y Skybor vach and one other barn and beasthouse and one other messuage, barn and garden belonging, all in parish of Llangattock iuxta Crickhowell; one messuage and parcels of land called Aberoney in Llangattock aforesaid, a cot and garden in Llangattock in the possession of Benjamin Lewis, one water grist mill, a malt mill with house belonging, and all water ponds appertaining to the said mill in Llangattock aforesaid, a house and tenement in the same place called the Bragtwy with another house adjoining, the messuage or tenement called the New Alehouse in Llangattock aforesaid, the messuage and lands called Dyffnant, the messuage and lands called Tyr Llwyn Hendris, Perth Gwyn, Cae Glase, and Erw Coydee, lands called Tyr John hene, lands called Cayee-Cadach, Cae Phillip Main and Gwern dwrch ycha and all those lands called Cae Cam, Cae Gwvnn, Croft y Cae Gwyn, Cae Banal Cae Tyr y defed, Cae yr Kybren, and Cwm Kae yr Kybren, containing about 150 acres, together with the barn and bakehouse called Tuy Cae'r Defed the messuage and lands called Cae Banal. Lletty Eva, Tyr Llwyfen and Erw fach, the messuage and lands called Tyr ffynnon ore, the messuage and lands called Tyr Blaen Onney, the messuage and lands called Tyr Maes Mawr the house and garden formerly in the possession of Thomas Jenkin, purchased of Richard Jeremy Collier, the messuage and farm called the Vedw Farm with lands belonging called Gwarthan Penallt, Erw Graig Kefen y Kettin, pen y tir Newydd, Cae dan y tuy, Erw fach, Tuy y Pwll melin, Caer Vedow ar Groft and Erw datlooch, a moiety of a meadow called Gwrlodd pen y ffowddog and a small plot of ground called the Island; all in Llangattock iuxta Crickhowell; the messuage and lands called Berth the messuage and lands called Pen y Killey, and messuages and lands called Pen Croislann and Penyffythog, the messuage and lands called Llwynonn and several pieces of land called Gwrlodd, Pen y fythog, and Erw Howell, all in Llangattock juxta Crickhowell, and all other messuages and lands of the said Anne Williams, widow, in the said parish and elsewhere in co.
