- Katherine Games of Newton, spinster, one of the daughters and co heirs of Hoo Games, late of Newton, esq.;. 2. Nicholas Kenish of Cardiff, esq., Robert Cornwall of Bjrrington, co. Settlement to uses specified in the deed of the third share of the fourth part of estates in cos Norfolk, Hereford and Brecon belonging to Hoo Games, which in addition to her own fourth share accrued to the said Katherine on the death without issue of John Williams of Penpont, the only son and heir of Blanche, wife of Daniell Williams, and another of the daughters of the said Hoo Games; the deed recites an indenture of 30 September 1676 which shows that the said Katherine Games was then entitled to one fourth part of the manors of Northenhall, alias Northendale, Scarneing Parva and Guntons; the fourth part of messuages and lands in Scarning, ffransham magna, ffransham parva, Gresenhall, East Beereham (sic), Kempston, Beeston, Stanfield, East Bradenham, Dunham magna, Mendling, Brisslye and Burning, co. Norfolk, in the occupation of Oliver Newe; the fourth part of Scarning, co. Norfolk; the fourth part of all manors, messuages and lands in Burnham magna, Burnham Markett, Burnham Overy, Burnham Thorp, Burnham Depdale, Burnham Sutton, Burnham Norton and Burnham Westgate, co. Norfolk, in the occupations of Robert Discipline, gent., Robert Blyford, gent., Henry Thurloe, gent., Thomas Blyford, gent., and Thomas Harding, yeoman, and a 'paright' and liberty of common for 60 sheep in the marshes and fields of Burnham Overy; a fourth part of messuages and lands in the parish of Cascobb and elsewhere in co.
