Administrative history
The St David's Forum was established in 1987 by the Institute of Welsh Affairs to facilitate cross-party discussion of policies relating to Wales. The Forum is usually held once or twice a year, in different locations across the country, and each session discusses a particular political issue relevant to Wales.
