Devises his fee farm lands called Kay Gwernog Ucha, Kay Gwernog Issa, Gwergloedd Kay Gwernog, Erw tan y Tû, Erw y Seate, and 3 parcels of freehold lands called Fearme, Kay Gwernog Ucha, Kay Gwernog Issa, in Christioneth, [p. Ruabon] to his dau's, Cicily and Elizabeth, with the proviso that if his son, John, pays to Cicily, £50, and Elizabeth, £55, within 2 years after he attains 21 years of age, the devise to his dau's becomes void, but if his son dies without issue, before he attains full age, his daughter, Elizabeth, is to have all the lands.
