Agreements between the Trust and Wrexham Tenants' Society, including leases, underleases, surrenders, releases, sales of freehold reversions, acknowledgements, services agreements and deeds of sale relating to properties at Wrexham, together with correspondence between the Trust, Wrexham Tenants' Society, solicitors, accountants, surveyors, land agents, insurers, Denbighshire County Council and the Inland Revenue concerning sales of freehold reversions, alterations to properties, proposals to develop properties (notably land occupied by tennis courts, and the conversion of the estate office), increases in rents, Society finances, leases, surrenders of leases, unauthorised land use, maintenance of properties, clearance of delapidated structures and rubbish around garages, sewers, insurance, access to properties, footpaths, easements, meetings of the Society, the voluntary liquidation of the Society and a poll of shareholders, the terms of the subsequent conveyance of land to Denbighshire County Council, solicitors' fees, and the health and deaths of Trust and Society officials, with related drawings, plans, memoranda, notes, circulars, reports, notices, accounts, receipts, press cuttings, and a copy of the Society's rules. Also included are minutes of Annual General Meetings and meetings of the Management and Finance committees of the Wrexham Tenants' Society with associated letters.
