'A, a, a, Domine Deus' appeared in the David Jones issue of Agenda, Vol. 5, Nos. 1-3, Spring-Summer, 1967. Part of this poem was first printed in 1959 in the essay, 'Art and Sacrament', on page 179 of Epoch and Artist. The poem is dated by David Jones c. 1938 and 1966 on Sleeping Lord page 9.
