Agreement that 2 shall deduct from 1's share of the custom and subsidy of 'pottashes, smalts and safforn' such money as shall repay £2,300 lent by 2 to 1, and Appointment by 1 of Abraham Baker to pass the accounts between them. Recites that 2 lent 1 £1,000 in March 1638 and £1,300 in Feb. 1639 and that 1 has already appointed 2 as collector of the said custom on behalf of 1. Signet seal of 1.
