- Angharad verch Rees of Bothegre yr Abatt, co. Denbigh, widow;. 2. John ap Edward of Chweleiriock, co. Denbigh, gent. Appointment by the first party of the said John as her attorney to proceed to the next court of the commote of Collion within the manor or lordship of Ruthin alias Dyffryn Cloyd, co. Denbigh, and there to surrender into the hands of the lords a messuage or tenement called Ty yn y Nant, a garden and orchard thereto belonging, and three parcels called Erow'r llyn, y gallchog and yr Erow issa also belonging to the said messuage, all lying in Keelygroeslwyd within the commote of Collion, and bounded by a river called Avon y Garthllegva, by common land called Bryn y gallchog, by the land of Richard ap Harry ap Edward and by the land of Maurice Griffith called Tire Harry, the said surrender to be to the use of Thomas ap Ruthergh, son of the first party.
