Stafford, esq., mortgagee in trust for sale under a conveyance from James Blair of Uttoxeter aforesaid, gent., of certain parts of the hereditaments hereinafter contracted to be conveyed;. 2. Articles Of Agreement whereby the first three parties hereto agree to convey to the said Charles Wynne a fourth part of the open, unenclosed or waste lands called Mountain lands situated within that part of Hiraethog, co. Denbigh, called the District of Voylas Kiernauc and Llanvoir Ryt Castle, and their interest in the soil and freehold of the open, unenclosed or mountain land in the said district, with reservation of certain rights to the owners and occupiers of farms called Cernioge Mawr and Cernioge Bach; also of messuages called Court y llyn, Vron bella, Vron isa, Cefn rhyd and Mount or Rhyd lydan, closes constituting Court y llyn ffarm called the Homestead, Buarth Fynon, Buarth Popty, Buarth Mawr, Buarth Ochor, Bryn Cosyn Bach, Fawnog, Ddol, Buarth y Ddol, Cae'r Ty, Buarth Llyn, Buarth Llyn Pella, Cae Mawr nesa yma, Cae Mawr Pella, Cae Merdlyn, Frith drain Llwyn, the Southern Frith Drain Llwyn Bach, the Northen Frith Drain Llwyn Bach, Cae das Mawn, Buarth Newydd, Cae yr yd, the cottages and garden adjoining Cae yr yd, Cae Lloiau, Bryn Cosyn Mawr, Rhwylfa Gua Isa, Rhwylfa Gua Ucha, Frith yr yd, Frith Wair, Frith Ucha hir, and Frith fawr, the closes constituting Vron Bella Farm called the Homestead, Buarth y rug, Fron r hendy bach, Fron r hendy fawr, Fron hir, Cae Melyn, Cae Mellyn Pella, Fron fer, Cae Pant, Cae Pistill, Waen Gua, Waen Fawr, Waen Newydd, Waen Bella, Buarth Lloiau, Frith Eithin, Frith pant isa, Frith Pant, Frith Arw, Rhen frith, Frith wen, Frith graig, Frith gorlan, Frith ucha and Frith Wair, the closes constituting Vron Isa Farm called the Homestead, Cae Llwyd, Lleptan ucha, Lleptan isa, Rhen gue isa, Cae tan y ty, Cae Cyscod, Buarth tan y gorlan, Waen gud, Cae Draini, Cae Gair, Cae tan y Pistill, Cae wrth Pen y Pistill, Cae'r fron, Cae'r Oddyn, Cae Croes, the sites of two cottages and gardens adjoining Cae Croes, Cae Bach, Frith isa, Frith calch and Frith ucha, the closes constituting Cefn Rhyd Farm called the Homestead, Buarth tan y Gadles, Cae'r twll gravel, Cae'r drws, Pedwar Cyfer, Cae Eithin, Cae Bach, Bryn, Bryn Ysgawen, the Little or Eastern Fawnog, the Large or Western Fawnog, Waen Datws, Waen dalbwn, Bryn ddol, and Ddol, the closes constituting Mount or Rhydlan Farm called the Homestead Cottages and Gardens, Waen dwllan, Cae'r ty, Buarth du, Cae Sadler Bach and the Fawnog, three cottages or dwelling houses occupied with the farm called Cernioge Mawr Farm and adjoining to the bridge over the river Nug leading from Cernioge to Y Sputty Evan, and a chapel or building used by protestant dissenters as a place of worship with the dwelling house adjoining thereto situated near Rhyd lydan Bridge in Hiraethog, with reservations concerning a right of way to a certain pool or piece of water for the purpose of fishing and fowling; messuages called Brinhelin Tenement with the closes occupied therewith and constituting Brinhelin Farm, called the Homestead, Erw Wen, Cae helig, Waen fawr, two cottages and gardens adjoining Waen fawr, Cae Llwyd, Fawnog isa'r Ddol bach, Brin Canol, Buarth go Bach, Buarth go Mawr, Bryn Ucha, Buarth Fynon, Cae Gauaf, Cae Melin, Fawnog Ucha, Buarth Mawr, Buarth Main, Cae Glas, Cae Newydd, Waen Wen, Cae Canol, and Frith Fotty and the old cottage thereon, together with all sheepwalks, rights of common, etc., thereto appertaining; and the said Charles Wynne agreed to convey to Thomas Hart his interest in open, unenclosed waste or mountain lands within those parts of Hiraethog known as the districts of Llyn Cymer and Llechwed Kryn Llwyn.
