Stafford, esq., mortgagee in trust for sale under a conveyance from James Blair of Uttoxeter aforesaid, gent., of certain parts of the hereditaments hereinafter contracted to be conveyed;. 2. The said James Blair;. 3. George Turnor of Abbots Bromley, co. Stafford, gent., surviving assignee of the estates of the said James Blair;. 4. Charles Wynne Griffith Wynne of Voelas, co. Denbigh, esq. Articles Of Agreement whereby the first three parties hereto agree to convey to the said Charles Wynne a fourth part of the open, unenclosed or waste lands called Mountain lands situated within that part of Hiraethog, co.
