Written on the outer margin of p. 33 is the following inscription, - 'Robt. Edward Lewis prydydd Enwog yn ei amser rhwn oedd yn byw yn nghwm ynach y mlhwy Llanelltydd ac y fu farw yn y flwyddyn un mil saith cant a phump ar hugain. Owen Owen Tygwyn ai tysdia'.

An imperfect volume of 'cywyddau', a few 'englynion' and a carol by William Sion ab Dafydd, Roger Kyffin, Sion Ffylip, William Llyn, Tydyr Aled, John Morgans, John Prichart Prees, Iolo Goch, Edward Moris (corrected to Sion Tydur), Robt. Edward, D. ab Edw[ard], Richard Phylip, Griffith Parry, John Davis, and Sion Dafydd Sienkin. The volume may be in the hand of John Pughe of Kedris, whose name occurs twice: 'John Pughe his hand 1731', (p. 12) and 'John Pughe of Kedris his hand 1732' (p. 16).
