Bond, in the penalty of £880 from John Jones of Garthuren, co. Mer., gent., and his son and heir apparent, Henry Jones, to Howell Wynne of the Six Clerks Office, London, gent., to keep the covenants in a pair of indentures, the first being dated 14 March 1705-6 and made between the said John Jones and Henry Jones, of the one part, and Edward Price and the said Howell Wynne, of the other part; the second indenture, dated 5 April 1706, being made between the said John Jones and Henry Jones, of the first part, John Lloyd, of the second part, and the said Howell Wynne, of the third part.
