Deeds and related papers relating to properties in Brecon, comprising a conveyance by Henry Edward Beville of Edmonscote Manor House, Warwickshire, esq., to Godfrey Charles Morgan of Tredegar, MP, of the Honddu Mill near the Castle Hotel in the town of Brecon, 1861; and an appointment by Richard Watson, Robert Watson and George Watson, all of Sydney, New South Wales, of John Evans, clerk to David Thomas of Brecon, solicitor, as their attorney to sell the four dwelling-houses at Black Boy in the parish of Brecon St John left to them in the will of their grandfather Richard Wathen, dec., subject to the life interest of their mother Margaret Watson, 1864, and related papers.
