Title deeds of houses and lands in the parish of Mallwyd, 1572-1636. Properties include Ffrith Pennanttigie, demised by Rowland ap John ap Hugh of Mathafarn to Robert Wyn, 1572; hereditary lands of Ieuan ap Mores ap Ieuan ap Gutton in Cerist, Aber y Trowsnant, Maes y Trowsnant, Lletty Tuder, Tir yr Havod Vawr, etc., Tythyn in Eskerinbull and Tythin y Braigh, all in Gartheiniog, acquired by Rowland Pughe, 1573-1575; and Lle Tu Ieuan ?Syn, a mill and other properties in Gartheiniog, granted by Richard Mitton in fee farm to Francis Pughe of Tal-y-llyn (boundary clauses include Morva Ryd yr Aber, Ryd y Modoyle, Braigh Llwyndu, Blaney Clawdd, Ffrith Newedd, Llaethnant, the river Dyfi (Dovey), Creiglyn Dovey, the Ffynnant brook, Pennant Bigham, the mountain called Yr Arran, etc., 1598/9. There is also a bond to accompany a deed (missing) to William Pughe of Llwydiarth, 1635/6.
