Title deeds relating to Keven Eyrglodd, Keven Kynvryn, Blaen y Klettwr and Moel y Llyn in the township of Ceulan a Maes-mawr and parish of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, 1573-1607. A quitclaim and bond indicate that parts of the properties were conveyed by Ieuan ap Lle'nn ap Jenkin to Helen and Mawd, daughters of Morgan ap Lle'nn ap Jenkin deceased, and their husbands, 1573. There is a subsequent bond by Mores ap Gruff' ap Rees, husband of Mawd vch Morgan, assuring a third part of the properties to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1585; deeds for the sale of further parts of Keven Kynvryn to Jenkin D'd ap Gruffith, 1586, followed by his sale to Richard Pryse, 1592; a lease of Tythen Keven Kynfryn by Rees ap Owen and Ellen vch Ieuan Lloyd to the latter’s son, John David ap Ieuan ap Harry, 1607; and a memorandum of an agreement by David Morgan of Glanvread for the lease of Eurglawdd, 1782.
