Copies of:. (A) A statute staple, whereby William Lloyd of Llanllire, co. Card., esq., binds himself to pay William Sumner of great Pellicott in p. Ashenden, Buckinghamshire, gent., the sum of £800. 28 Nov. 1656. (B) A writ for the seizure of William Lloyd and for an extent of his estate for non payment of the said sum of £800. 7 Feb. 1666/7. (C) An inquisition re the lands and goods of the said William Lloyd. These included the m's of Llanllire, Vellendre yssa, Velindre ycha, Pen y Bryn Mawr, Blaen y wern ddry, Pen y lan vach, Llannerch vach, tir Glan y wern, and Velindre vach, and a water mill called Melin Llanllir in p. Ystrad, and m's and tmt's called Y Braynog, Lletty'r Saer, Keel y Bwn, Pen yr heol, Pen ylan, alias Blaen Cwm ergi, Pen ylan las ycha, Pen y lan yssa, tir penglogod, pen rhyw allen, Havod y gorse, Tyle Coyon, Theod yr rhiw Isor, Parke'r dre, and tir oddiar yr Eglws, and several houses in p. Trevilan, all in co. Card. 16 May 1667. (D) A writ for the seizure of the above lands in order to satisfy William Sumner. 23 Oct. 1668. Latin except for (a).
