Devises £2,000 to be divided between Thomas Watkin Yonde, esq.; Edward Yonde, esq.; Misses Julia and Harriet Yonde, the four children of the late Rev. Thomas Yonde of Plas Madre, co. Denb.; and 20 guineas to their mother, Mrs Sarah Yonde; devises £800 to Henry and Richard Hinksman, the sons of his late brother, Richard Hinksman, and £200 to Joseph and John Collins, the sons of his late sister Mary Hinksman. Bequests to the poor of p. Ellesmere and the city of Chester and to Chester and Shrewsbury Infirmaries. The remainder of the estate to his sister Ann Rockell, wife of William Rockell of Kingsland, near Hackney.
