Bargain and sale by Robert [Devereux], earl of Essex, Gelly Meyrick and Henry Lyndley, both of London, to Reginald Nicholas of Prestbury, Gloucestershire, and John Meyrick of Llangwm, Pembrokeshire, of properties in the commote of Creuddyn, Tythen and other properties in Genau’r-glyn and Dyffryn Clarach, which were late the possession of Rees Griffith, esq., attainted, and granted by letters patent in 1570/1, to Henry Radcliff, and a moiety of a mill called Kilinden, otherwise Kilmeharen, in Caeo, Carmarthenshire, lately belonging to the dissolved monastery of Talley, all of which premises were, with others, bargained and sold by letters patent to Gelly Meyrick and Henry Lyndley in 1595.
