Biographical history
D. Peter Garbett-Edwards was the Secretary of the Mid-Wales Industrial Development Association between 1957 and 1977. From 1967 until 1977, he was the Chief Executive of the Mid-Wales Development Corporation and he was also Director of Development and Finance of the Development Board for Rural Wales from 1977 until 1987.
