An assignment by Dame Gwen Pryse to the family trustee, Rowland Pughe of Mathafarn, of leases previously granted to Sir Richard Pryse in Dyffryn Clarach, the Conigree near Aberystwyth Castle and the herring mise, and other lands which had belonged to to Rice Gruffith, attainted for high treason, Our Ladies Mill, and other properties in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, together with various fines, amercements, heriots, etc., in Cardiganshire, originally granted by the Crown, 1623; and the grant by Charles, Prince of Wales, to Dame Gwen Pryse and others of the wardship and marriage of Richard Pryse, son of John Pryse of Aberbechan and heir of Sir Richard Pryse, with a schedule annexed of the lands of Sir Richard Pryse in Montgomeryshire, Cardiganshire and Merioneth, 1624.
