Denb., gent., of the receipt from Thomas Endsden of Hoxton, otherwise Hogsden, Middlesex, gent., of £450 and of £800 paid, by the direction of the said Samuel Roberts, to Josias Dewey of Carlshalton, otherwise Cashalton, Surrey, gent., in discharge of a mortgage, being part of a sum of £1,650 to be paid by the said Thomas Endsden for the purchase of freehold and copy hold property conveyed by indentures made between the said Samuel Roberts, Robert ap Thomas of Landurnock, co. Denb., gent., and Jane, his wife, and John Meredith, citizen and grocer of London, of the one part, and the said Thomas Endsden, of the other part. Witnesses: Ben. Bonwicke; J.
