Yr oedd yn wreiddiol o Drefach Felindre, Sir Gaerfyrddin. Darparwyd nodyn bywgraffyddol amdano gan y rhoddwr Mrs Eunice Davies. = Diary of John Davies recording his experiences as a soldier in World War One serving in the village of Reninghelst, Belgium, July-December 1915. He was originally from Drefach Felindre, Carmarthenshire. A biographical note has been included by the donor Mrs Eunice Davies.
