Godfrey Lee (1951-) was born in Newport and attended Portsmouth Polytechnic before becoming a local authority Development Control Officer. He was a member of Plaid Cymru, and stood as the candidate for Newport in the October 1974 General Election. He later moved to Castell Caereinion, near Welshpool, Powys.
