Group of deeds and documents relating to the purchase by Thomas Evans of Llanidloes, esq., of David Lloyd of Newtown, Maltster, in 1831, of Cefnhafode and Brynmawr, p. Llangurig, and to the investigation of title of the properties by Thomas Edmund Marsh, solicitor, Llanidloes, on behalf of the purchaser. They comprise conditions of sale of the Cefnhafode estate, 1 Jan. 1831; memorandum of agreement for purchase, 25 Jan. 1831; instructions by T. E.
