Title deeds of miscellaneous houses and lands in the township of Henllys in the parish of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, 1560-1670. Several deeds concern Tythyn Bron Heilyn, occupied by Richard ap Harrie ap Rees Duy in 1574, sold together with Erw Vawr and Shettyn y Tir Coch (part of Tythyn Pant y Dwn), by Richard Morgan of Henllys and his family to Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1655, leased in 1658, and conveyed to trustees by Sir Richard Pryse to indemnify James Jenkin, Griffith Evans and Morgan David from a bond entered into with David Morgan of Llanfihangel Genau'r-glyn, 1669/70. Other properties include Lleine Gwar y Vron Goch, Llain Pant yr Ywen, Haner yr Ynys Wen and Haner yr Ynyssoedd Cochion, Loyn Kynffricke, Tythyn Bryn yr Oyen, purchased by Sir Richard Pryse from Ievan ap John ap Ieuan Thomas, Golley vch Mores his wife and women of the Harrye family, 1608, and Gwerne Armon, with other lands, acquired by Sir Richard Pryse from Griffith ap John ap Harrie, 1612. Other deeds concern the transactions of Thomas ap Ieuan Thomas of Llangynfelyn, Agnes vch Morys his wife, their son Maurice ap Thomas, and Thomas ap D'd ap Ll'n Lloid of Llandysul and Mary vch Ieuan ap Hugh his wife, 1560; Morgan ap Ieuan Lloid and David ap John ap Ieuan Teeg, 1578; Griffith ap Ieuan ap Jenkin, 1586; and Margaret vch Moris, 1603.
