Flint, to John Wynne of Garthmeilio, co. Denb., esq., Josiah Jones of Oakenhoult, co. Flint, gent., Roger Parry of Mertyn Isglau, co. Flint, gent., and Henry Lewis of Haulkin, co. Flint, gent., a fine of the following property to enure to the uses declared in an indenture dated 20 Oct. 1675 and made between the said covenantors, of the first part, the said John Wynne, Josiah Jones, Roger Parry, and Henry Lewis, of the second part, and Henry Hughes of Counsyllt, co. Flint, gent., of the third part:- A m. and lands called Coedonn in fflint and Bolles; parcels of land in fflint and Bolles called Y rofft, Gweirglodd pentre, Coetkay'r morva, Coetkay'r wyddfyd issa, Coetkay'r wyddfyd ucha, Y coed, Y groftydd, Y kayey newydd, Cefn vaes, Y fron goch, The spout, Coetkay'r scybor, Coetkay'r weirglodd, Y weirglodd hir, Coetkay coch, Erw batch, Groft ffoxlow, Tir paham, Tir budur, 'R ackre Gwnion, Coetkay gwartheg, Pont ffynnon Vair, Y chwech ackar, Y ddwy ackar dduon, and Tir y bont; a m. and parcel of land called Yr ackar in the tenure of Thomas ap Ellis; a tmt called Tythyn y bryn; closes called Coetkay Salusbury, Ackar pant, and Y pwll glo, a m., &c. late in the tenure of Thomas Spicer, and now of Robert Morris; 3 tmt's in the tenures of Mathew Evans, Mary Parry, and Roger Splusbury; a horse-mill in the tenure of the said Roger Jones; the tmt wherein the said Humfrey Jones dwells; a tmt in the tenure of Thomas ap Ellis; all the above mentioned property being in Atticrosse, fflint, and Bolles.
