It appears that the author has noted his own medical discoveries on ff. 66 verso-7.
Accounts, 1906, in Welsh and English, of the religious revival of 1904-1905, received from eighteen Baptist churches in Wales in response to a questionnaire by the Welsh Baptist Historical Society; together with a list of all twenty-two replies received (f. i).
