Recites that in 1800 1 mortgaged so much and so many of the premises for £5,000, that in 1802 1 mortgaged his one-sixth share of premises for £3,000 that 2 is seized in fee but in trust for 1 of all 1's premises except those mortgaged in 1800, and that by indentures of even date 1 granted several annuities to 3.
