The file comprises mainly correspondence, 1968-1973, between Alison Bielski and her co-secretary, Sally Roberts Jones, together with correspondence between Bielski and participants and organisers of Academi conferences and events. The file also includes notes taken by Alison Bielski during various Academi meetings; agendas and minutes of those meetings, and lists of Academi members.

The file contains correspondence, 1970-1971, accumulated by Sally Roberts Jones as Secretary of the English Language Section of the Academi Gymreig. It includes a letter inviting A. G. Prys-Jones to become the next chairman of the English Language Section following the death of Jack Jones. There are also letters relating to poetry readings including one to be held by the poetry group Horse, established by Peter Finch. The file comprises papers, [1975]-1976, relating to Poems '76, ed. Glyn Jones (Llandysul, 1976). The poems included in the anthology appeared between 1974 and 1976, though it seems they were composed, and some published, before this period.
