George Evelyn of Huntercombe in p. Burnham, Buckinghamshire, esq. Lease of possession of the capital m. called Llanllier in co. Card., a water corn grist mill called Melyn Llanllier in co. Card., m's in p's Istrad, Dihewid, and Trevilan, co. Card., all the yearly tolls, profits, etc. of the fairs kept yearly in the town or village of Tallisarne, co. Card., and all other lands, etc. of the said Henry Sumner in p's Istrad, Trevilan, and Dihewid assured to him by William Sumner in an indenture dated 13 May 1668.
