Confirmation Of A Lease for a remainder of a term of 99 years of a m. called Boxburgh house, several closes of land called Boxbush meadow, the Black doles, The Over Hill, the orchard and the hegg (5 a.), a piece of land lying between the roadway leading from Walford towards Lidbrook and the river Wye which has been immediately used as a wharf or a place for laying down coal and other things, a m. in Lidbrook with a parcel of ground called Rye fields situate in the river Wye opposite a storehouse, all of which premises are in p. Ruardean, co. Glos., with right and liberty, by nets, pots and wheels to fish, catch and take eels and other small fish (salmon excepted) between Whittal's brook and Mear house on the river Wye. Annual Rent £20. Duties 2 fat pullets or young hens and repairing the road leading from Walford towards Lidbrook. Recites the original lease granted in 1757 and subsequent bequeathements and that doubts have arisen over the validity of the lease. Draft.

Declaration And Agreement respecting the uses of 1's relatives on substituting 4 as demandant in the place of George Griffin, esq., dec. Recites that in Nov. 1802 divers premises were conveyed to the intent that several common recoveries were to be suffered and George Griffin was to be demandant, that George Griffin died in Dec. 1802, that no recovery had yet been suffered. Mon., esq., and Frances Vaughan of Monmouth, widow (executors and executrix named in the will of William Vaughan late of Monmouth, esq., dec.). 3 William Vaughan of Monmouth, esq., only son and heir of the late William Vaughan, dec., by Frances Vaughan (now his widow). Assignment of a charge of £4,000 to secure £3,000 from 1 to 3, with consent of 2, with Quitclaim to premises so charged with the £4,000. Recites 1148, 1152 and 1177-8, that William Vaughan died in 1796 leaving 3 as his only son, and appointed 2 as trustees of 3 since 3 was a minor, that 3 had attained 21 years of age and is now by virtue of recoveries suffered in 1802 seized in fee simple of premises charged with the £4,000, that 3 is desirous to discharge the £3,000 and has requested 1 to take the same.
