They comprise a mortgage of the property by Lewis ap David Vain, together with a piece of land called Llayn Penvain, to Morice ap Ieuan Dio Goch, 1549; a defeasance of mortgage and bond between sons of the mortgagee for the surrender of Clwd Crach, 1584; and a bond to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan for peaceful possession until redemption of the mortgage, 1586.
