Mortgage (Appointment and Demise for 1,000 years) for £200 (5% with provision for reduction to 4½%) of a m. heretofore called Blain Cwm Cledan but now called Blainy-cwm, t. Llyssin, p. Carno (names of present and former occupants given) and of the sheepwalk (187 a.) belonging to and adjoining the said m. Recites settlement, dated 15-16 April 1829, of the above premises to such uses as 1 shall appoint. Endorsed: Receipt, dated 19 April 1855, for a sum in full discharge of the principal money and interest. Damaged.

Pre-nuptial Settlement of 1 and 3 containing a Release (forming part of a Lease and Release) from 2 to 4 of one-third part of a capital m. called Tuglynucha, m. and lands called Wernlleithon, m. and lands called New Bridge End, a slated cottage and meadow together with an adjoining m. and lands, in p. Devises the prebendal lease of Llandewyaberarth, co. Card., with all premises comprised therein, to his wife Anne during her life, then to his dau's Mary Anne, wife of Evan Rees, merchant, and Jane, in equal shares; bequeaths to William Morgan of Lower Market Street, Carmarthen, and John Stacey, mercer, of Lammastreet, Carmarthen, the sum of £1,166.13.4 (cf. no. 1307) upon trust to pay the annual interest arising from the said sum to his daughter Jane (further details given); bequeaths all his household goods, plate and furniture to his wife Anne during her life, then to his daughter Jane (excepting the plate which is to be divided equally amongst his dau's Mary Anne, Jane and Anne Eliza, wife of Evan Rees of Carmarthen, merchant); bequeaths sums of £5 to his eldest son the Rev.
