Pre-nuptial settlement of Roger Davies and Deborah Basnett, being a deed to make 2 a tenant to the precipe (lease and release) to suffer a common recovery of the cap. m. of Dungrey and the demesne lands in p. Bangor [Is-coed] co. Flint and other properties of 1 belonging thereto, and to lead uses of the recovery as follows: the cap. m. of Dungrey and lands called the Great Rowe, the Middle Rowe, Gwerglodd y Scellog, the Great Meadow, the Hirdir, the Hempyard and the Little Hill to the use of Elizabeth Davies for life for her jointure and after her decease to 3 for the life of Roger Davies in trust to preserve the contingent remainder; lands in the parishes of Bangor [Is-coed] and Worthenbury called the Tiryd, the Hunter Over, the Cae Amber, y Tyr Eglwys, Havod y Vorwyns, the Cae Pervath, the Stanielsh, the Great Bryn y Dungrey, the Little Bryn y Dungrey, the Cae Cropps and the tmt of Charles Harry to the use of Deborah the intended wife of R.D. as her jointure in lieu of dower with remainder to 3 to preserve the contingent remainders; the residue of the m’s and lands to R.D. for life with remainder to the trustees; and after the determination of those estates the cap. m. and other m’s and lands to the use of the first son of Roger Davies and Deborah, then to the heirs male of the first son, etc. (further uses in tail male); and in default of male heirs to 4 for 200 years in trust for raising the portions of the daughters born of the marriage; various further provisions.
