Y Bechgyn Drwg

The file contains mainly correspondence, notes, and documents, 2001-2005, relating to the music and poetry group Y Bechgyn Drwg and their performances, whose members included John Barnie, Twm Morys, Nigel Jenkins, and Iwan Llwyd. The file contains correspondence (2002-2003); song list and notes (2001); poster (2001); a programme produced for Gwyl y Gair (2002); a programme for Tŷ Llên Swansea (2005); and four black and white photographs of the group members ([2001]x[2005]).

Welsh Arts Council,

The file mainly comprises papers, 1972-1977 and [1979]-1984, pertaining to the Welsh Arts Council, mostly reports by Gillian Clarke of books for the Welsh Arts Council Literature Committee, together with reviews of books for various journals. Included are letters from John Rowlands, Tony Bianchi (2), Nigel Jenkins, and Peter Miles (4). In addition, the file contains manuscript and typescript notes, 1979-1980, which appear to be radio talks; and a report on the fourteenth Yeats International Summer School, 1973.

The Welsh Academy Encyclopaedia of Wales

Material relating to entries contributed by Jen Wilson to the The Welsh Academy Encyclopaedia of Wales (2008), including agreements for the writing and contribution of entries; notes for contributors; texts of Jen Wilson's entries; notes towards the writing of entries; correspondence addressed to Jen Wilson from editors Nigel Jenkins and Menna Baines; and printed invitation to launch of publication. The Welsh Academy Encyclopaedia of Wales was edited by writer and editor Menna Baines, poet and writer Nigel Jenkins and historian and author John Davies and was published in January 2008. Jen Wilson's contributions to the publication centred around jazz music and jazz musicians.

The Salubrious Rhythm Company

Printed material and correspondence, [?2000]-2010, relating to the music and poetry group The Salubrious Rhythm Company, the members of which were John Barnie, Jen Wilson, and Nigel Jenkins. The file consists of correspondence (2001), including letters from Nigel Jenkins (5) and John Barnie (3); performance material; leaflets; posters; a press cutting; and event programmes. The file also contains six black and white photographs of group members ([?2000]x[2005]); and a number of photographic prints (2001).

Poems '76

The file comprises papers, [1975]-1976, relating to Poems '76, ed. Glyn Jones (Llandysul, 1976). The poems included in the anthology appeared between 1974 and 1976, though it seems they were composed, and some published, before this period.
